As a premium service provider it is in our best interest to look after our staff as they are the cornerstone of the business. Our people are proud; they are the core of the business and their pride extends from what we, as an entire organisation, believe and actually do.

Martin Huggett - Managing Director
Martin has nearly 30 years experience within the transport & warehousing industry, having worked with couriers, interstate express & general freight, local parcel, taxi trucks, as well as international freight forwarding and contract warehousing.
Investing in this business in 1979 and becoming Managing Director in 1981, he has brought with him a vast knowledge of the industry, plus a reputation for integrity, leadership and innovation, both locally and interstate.
Martin is currently a Fellow of the Aust. Institute of Directors, a Fellow of the Aust. Institute of Management, and a member of both the Logistics Management Association and SA Road Transport Association.
Russell Wescombe - Chief Executive Officer
Russell joined the Company in January 1993. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Management; is currently an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a member of the Logistics Association of Australia and holds APICS (Australasian Production and Inventory Control Society) certification. His background in warehousing and distribution systems development has enabled us to develop our own unique systems and become more competitive within the industry. Russell is a visionary with audacious goals and provides both Companies with longer-term strategic direction.
Michael Wilkins - Commercial Manager
Michael joined the Company in August 1993, as Accountant responsible for the company’s Financial & Reporting Systems. Michael’s previous experience comes from varying backgrounds including the Wine, Seafood (Exporting) and Pastoral Industries. This in itself has provided our Company with a wealth of experience in many areas. Michael is currently a Fellow of the National Institute of Accountants, and an associate of both the Australian Institute of Credit Management and the Australian Institute of Export.
Kimberley Daigle - Business Development Manager
Kim joined the Company in February 2004 and has been active in both creating and developing our HR and IT departments. Kim has a Masters degree in English Literature and as a former lecturer she has vast experience with training and staff development. This has now given the Company the opportunity to develop a learning culture for staff to the benefit of all. Since her commencement, Kim has demonstrated a strong understanding of the intricacies of the logistics industry and has advanced into a business development role, using her acquired knowledge to evolve the Company’s operations for the future.
Jennifer Commegno - Marketing Manager
As a newcomer to the Company and the logistics industry, Jennifer has brought with her a professional mix of skills and experience in all facets of marketing, sales and communications. She possesses a Bachelor degree in Marketing Management and has had experience in a number of industries including automotive, telecommunications, agriculture and local government. Jennifer works closely with the management team and staff to recognise and capture the many business opportunities. She is responsible for providing the necessary intelligence and strategic frameworks in order to enhance the business and ensure that the Company is meeting its client’s needs and wants.
Peter Crinion - Logistics Manager
Peter has been with our organisation since November 1989 and specialises in logistics management at a strategic level. Peter’s past work experience is extensive and varied. In particular, his roles with the Federal Public Service and in the wholesale/retail food industry has played an intrinsic part in Peter’s ability to critically analyse, plan and implement strategic and tactical operations for the organisation. Over the years, Peter has built strong long-term relationships and deeply understands the need for customer orientation and focus. From time-to-time, Peter has taken on a consultative role advising clients on logistics development and implementation.
Joshua Holmes - Operations Manager
Josh has been with our organisation since October 2002 after spending a number of years already within the freight and distribution industry. His insight to the industry and passion to ‘get the job done’ has elevated Josh to the current role of Operations Manager. Josh is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of both the freight management and warehouse companies. His drive, enthusiasm and commitment to customer service are invaluable to the Company and are attributes highly regarded by our clients.
